Spiritual Wasps, Sheepish Wolves, and Goatish Thieves in the Church

I do not like wasps at all because they are aggressive and territorial. Also, they like to sting as well  which is the main reason I don’t like them. One day, I was walking to my car through some grass and notice one of those friendly wasps circulating the area and waiting to jump anyone that came in the vicinity. I have had wasps circling around my car and ready to sting me because I wanted to get into my own car. Then I thought about people that can sometimes act like wasps in a spiritual sense waiting for the opportunity to sting you with lies, deceit, betrayal, indifference, malice or just plain evil. The thing about spiritual wasps is that they are territorial in that they want to dwell, rule, and control everywhere they go which can be your house, your job, your church, or even your school. If you seem like a threat to them, these people will do whatever they can to stop any changes especially if God is upon you and His Anointing as well. I’ve had several encounters with these kind of people and their stings aren’t as obvious as the insect but the side effects are still the same. Their sting  can consist of saying mean remarks on the side, confrontations that come out of nowhere, acting like you don’t exist, lashing out at you for no reason, and acting what I call slight and off. The way you deal with these people is through prayer and standing your ground no matter.

Now let’s discuss sheepish wolves who are ravenous wolves who seem docile in nature by their appearance but are ready to devour and destroy the spirituality of every person they come in contact with. They act just like the wolf pretending to be grandma in Little Red Riding Hood acting like they are so sweet, kind and spiritual but with enough poison in their spirit to level a Third-World country. I realize that The Devil isn’t the only one that comes to steal, kill and destroy but people as well. You must be prayed up and have spiritual discernment to identify these wolves in your life making sure they aren’t in the devourment process with your spirit. One of these wolvish people can destroy friendships, make you physically sick, have you depressed, and not having the joy of the Lord whatsoever.

Not goatish thieves are people who are grumpy, lazy and copycats for they like to act spiritual when its convenient for them or imitate another person’s spiritualness if possible. Goats aren’t friendly creatures like the sheep and will kick back at you if you rub them the wrong way. They do all the duties of godly person but their heart is nowhere near God nor the church. It is a form of godliness that becomes revealed through the Word of God because they don’t like to hear or receive the truth from God. These people walk around with chips on the shoulder, attitudes and act miserable even with a fake smile on their face. Since misery loves company, a goatish person wants you to join their grumpy, joyless, and miserable party. They get mad and will retaliate if you refuse to submit or fall to their schemes of stealing the anointing that’s upon your life. Just remember, prayer will help you discern and be warned about the company you keep in your life.
